CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

You took one of the biggest steps of your life and bought your first home. What do you do now that you have decided it is time to move?

First, you need coaching.
You will need to know the steps involved and what decisions you will have to make. Here are some questions to ask yourself.

This flowchart provides an overview of the entire process.
As you can see, managing the sale has quite a few steps. At our listing appointment each step will be explained and discussed to your comfort level.

Each and every home is unique.
A detailed guided tour of your place will be the first item on our agenda. At that time, you can highlight all the things that make your home special. I will take notes and give you feedback as to what typically translates to resale and what does not.

I will provide you with a wealth of printed material related to your needs.
This would include such items as a Home Enhancement guide, sample ads, brochures, and just listed cards, and a Concierge package. I will also provide you with sales statistics on similar homes in your neighborhood, similar to this Competitive Market Analysis.

Our marketing plan will consist of heavy exposure on the Internet.
Coldwell Banker Residential (NRT) has an exclusive auto response system, Lead Router, to insure immediate response to online inquiries about your home.

I know there will be considerable material presented to you at our appointment. If necessary, we will schedule a follow up meeting to finalize our plans.

My goals are twofold.
The first is to have you comfortable and knowledgeable with what is involved and the second is to specify what I will do for you to facilitate the sale of your home.
