How I Work

Patient: This process is new and exciting for you. You have a lot of questions. We don't proceed until you are comfortable with the answers. I listen carefully to your concerns, teach and counsel where necessary, then execute your decisions. No question is too small or asked too many times.

Prompt: Your time is valuable. I won't keep you waiting. I'm on time for appointments and I return phone calls and emails as soon as possible. You are high priority and will be treated as such.

Supportive: I will give you my best opinions based on facts and experience. That is my duty. Rest assured that I will never forget that you are the decision maker. I will back you up and do my best to carry out your directions. I'll be there with Plan B and C if plan A doesn't work.

Flexible: Your schedule can be quite hectic at times. I respect that. You can contact me by email, phone, or both. I understand that your time to dedicate to real estate varies from week to week. I adjust based on you — my client's — needs.

Appreciative: Whether it's a one bedroom condo or a large single family house, your home is special. I will treat it and you as such. I want clients for life.

Experienced: Over half of my transactions are with new sellers or buyers. I expect that my first time buyers will turn into first time sellers and they usually do. I have been very successful in this current seller's market. When representing the seller, I price, prepare and market their property aiming for competing contracts. This nets them top dollar with minimum hassle. When representing the buyer, I help make their offer the most creative and attractive when in competitive situations. I work to get seller concessions when they are the only bid.
